Nicole is the head of our coaching staff, responsible for the varied and workouts we enjoy each day.
Nicole was born and raised in Lebanon, Oregon and has been a CrossFit Coach since October of 2020. In April of 2021 she joined the team at CrossFit Mid Valley at the Mid-Willamette Family YMCA, where she is also a Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in corrective and adaptive training. She also coaches Rock Steady Boxing, a fitness program designed to help people with Parkinson's Disease combat the effects of Parkinson’s and improve their quality of life. She is passionate about helping people feel and move better, and improve their lives through functional fitness and resistance training.
Nicole's is a CrossFit L1 Trainer, Burgener Strength L1, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, NASM-Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM-Performance Enhancement Specialist, Rock Steady Boxing Coach, and PWR! Moves Certified Trainer.
Kim's is as an athlete competing in swimming and underwater hockey tournaments. She started CrossFit in 2011 to cross-train weight bearing exercises and increase mobility. Since then she has grown to love lifting and the CrossFit community. Kim joined the CrossFit Mid Valley in 2020 and started coaching in 2021.
Kim is a CrossFit L1 Trainer.
Hannah is a Registered Nurse and an avid athlete. Through her work she understands the importance of good movement standards and nutrition on everyday life. Coaching CrossFit is the perfect way for Hannah to share her knowledge, helping others stay active and fit.

Brittany has been a Certified Personal trainer since 2013 and has a BS in exercise sport science. She has completed an Ironman Triathlon and is a black belt in taekwondo.
